“Effective immediately, all spectators will be required to wear a mask while

attending our home basketball contests (until further notice).” Does this mean all games including the one on the weekends that is being hosted

for the little kids? No one wore a mask or even the kids on the bench, no signs

were posted either.

Answer: Yes,  this does include weekends that are being hosted for little kids.  Thank you for bringing this to our attention.  We will be contacting the coaches to help us with this request and hanging signs asking all spectators to wear a mask while attending.  Thank you again for your support of the Lordstown Local Schools.

Why are students still allowed to be in the facility if testing positive regardless of shot or not! This is proven to spread with people who have shots as well . Shouldn’t we be protecting all students? Answer: Absolutely no one has been permitted to be in school if they have tested positive for Covid-19. Any Covid positive student that the district has been made aware of has been sent home and contract tracing was done. Anyone with close contact was sent home to quarantine out of precaution per CDC guidelines.
